Upcoming FrameMaker training
|
|
The next FrameMaker class is scheduled for October 22 and 23 in
Research Triangle Park. If you already have some exposure to FrameMaker
or other desktop publishing tools, this is the class for you. We
skip all the boring stuff (such as saving, printing, and spell-checking)
and jump directly into FrameMaker's unique and powerful features.
After two information-packed days, you leave class with a solid
understanding of FrameMaker's conceptual structure and how to make
it work for you. Curriculum
details
Remember, each student has an individual workstation, and class
enrollment is limited to 10 students.
To register, send email to training@scriptorium.com.

Article to be published in STC's Intercom
|
|
An article written by our very own Alan Pringle and Sarah O'Keefe
has been accepted for publication by Intercom, the magazine
of the Society for Technical Communication. The article focuses
on how to create good online help from hardcopy documents. For those
who can't wait for Intercom to publish the article, we have
a PDF version available. (PDF, 130K)
