Knowledge Now lunchtime workshops

In February, we'll begin our new lunchtime workshop series, Knowledge
Now. These 90-minute workshops are a great way for you to learn
new technology. We'll spend about an hour discussing the topic and
then break for lunch and informal discussion. The registration fee
of $50 includes lunch. We are limiting participation in each workshop
to eight, so sign up now.
Our first workshop, Working with Print and Online Templates, is
scheduled for Thursday, February 18, 1999, from 11 a.m. to 12:30
p.m. at our office in Cary. We'll explain how to use matching templates
to customize a set of FrameMaker files for print and online output.

Sarah O'Keefe receives certification to teach WebWorks Publisher

Our instructor for the WebWorks Publisher course, Sarah
O'Keefe, is now certified by Quadralay Corporation. This certification
just verifies what we already knew--when it comes to publishing
software, Sarah really knows her stuff.
