Self-paced training
Scriptorium Publishing offers a variety of texts, references, workbooks, and white papers. These resources are less expensive than instructor lead training and let you review and learn at your leisure.
Web-based training
Web-based classes offer a resonable compromise between "do-it-yourself" texts and face-to-face training. You get live instruction, direct interaction with the instructor and other students, a live feed of the instructor's desktop, and a presentation that supports the instructor's discussion.

Private training
Private training
offers several advantages: you get the instructor's undivided attention for your issues, and you can customize the curriculum to meet your exact requirements. Private training is the only option where an instructor will lead a group at your location.
Contact us at training@scriptorium.com or call 919-481-2701 x105 to inquire about private training. If possible, include a description of any special topics and proposed class dates.
Cancellation policies
If you cannot attend a class that you've registered for, you can have someone else take your place. Please send a note to training@scriptorium.com to let us know the substitute's name. Or you can cancel your registration as follows:
- If you cancel your registration:
- Three weeks or more before the class begins: you receive a full refund minus a $75 service charge.
- Less than three weeks but at least one business day before the class begins: you receive a 50% refund.
- If you do not attend a class you've registered for, and you neither cancel your registration nor send a substitute, you will not receive any refund.
Scriptorium Publishing reserves the right to cancel and reschedule classes due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or any other reason. We will, of course, attempt to limit these instances and we will not cancel public web-classes because of low enrollment. When changes are necessary, we will provide notification as promptly as possible under the circumstances.
