20th anniversary and web site updates
Our web site was starting to look a little haggard, so we finally decided to have some work done. Of course, our own content assets and content strategy always take a backseat to client work, so it took roughly forever to make this a priority.
Our new logo and color scheme!
But finally, we did the right thing, hired some experts, and did an extensive facelift renovation of our corporate identity and our web site. 2017 is our 20th year in business, so that seems like an appropriate time for this project. (More on that in January and throughout 2017.)
If you’re new around here, welcome aboard. We’ve collected key resources in the…Resources…section of the site. You’ll find our XML ROI calculator there, along with links to case studies, LearningDITA.com, and more.
Our Services section now does a much better job of describing our various, um, services.
We’ve included a little corporate history on the About page, along with a visual history of previous logos.
We kept the owl, but our logo is new. We’ve improved site performance in desktop and mobile views. Content is better organized. Please let us know what you like and don’t like.
The work was done by Smash Communications and Suthoff Design. Many thanks for their creativity and patience!
Thank you to our customers and industry colleagues. You are the reason that we have made it this far. We look forward to working on your weird content problems for the next 20 years!

Sarah and team: Let me be the first to congratulate you! The new look is fantastic, and 20 years (where does the time go?) is an achievement to be proud of.

Congratulations Sarah. Love the new look. Just think how much better the 21 year celebrations will be, when you can have alcohol as well as chocolate. 😉

Congratulations from Germany as well – I hope the contents are finally cretated in DITA? 😉
A nice looking website that fits much better all the nice looking people at scriptorium.

Looking good, Sarah! Congrats on 20 years. I know you were only 12 when you started the company. 🙂

Looks great! A far cry from the logo with the scribe at work.
