Getting started with DITA: A case study with ACS Technologies

         Beginner session

Scriptorium’s own Gretyl Kinsey and Barbara Green of ACS Technologies will co-present this case study.

The ACS Technologies content creation team gradually implemented DITA with a phased approach. Barbara and Gretyl will present the challenges that the team faced while they moved out of their wiki-based workflow and how those challenges were overcome. Barbara will share the ultimate improvements of the new DITA workflow.

Making your DITA content play nicely with your CMS

         Intermediate session

Larry Kunz of Extreme Networks will present this session.

DITA: Smart Content for Guided Troubleshooting

         Advanced Session
