So pleased to be here!

I’m pleased to introduce myself as the newest Scriptorium team member. I’m so excited to work in such a productive environment and join the efforts to help clients get the most out of their content.

Previously, I was the grease on the wheels of a large documentation team. I kept the team moving forward. I was the DITA expert, the Open Toolkit tamer, and the person that everyone came to with technical questions. I developed a love of DITA and helping people. Working with Scriptorium suits my skill set, and I’m looking forward to seeing what new challenges come my way.

I’ve been working in software documentation in one form or another for about 25 years. Boy, time sure flies when you are having fun! I’ve always enjoyed helping people understand technical issues. As a bonus, I once managed to get a picture of my cats in a help system I wrote for scanner software.

I grew up in Philly, attended Holy Family University, and graduated with a BA in Mathematics. I’m a rabid paper crafter who loves to send my creations through the mail and out into the world to brighten people’s day. My home is run by a cranky old cat — he allows the dog and I to live here, feed, and worship him.
