  1. Ah, but you should see the original Norwegian version, which goes on for another 15 seconds. Try following along here:
    The IT-support guy asks where the support documentation is. What documentation, asks the user. There should have been a manual included, the IT guy says. He then finds a little book and places it in front of the user – who then has the exact same problem opening it! 🙂
