  1. This is clearly one of the gaps today and also the most hurting issue for a unified, organization level strategy. The companies that do not realize the power of “unified” and continues to work in silos, fails to understand the business impact this strategy has. Prospects today, will be customers tomorrow & “happy” customers today, will come back to be prospects tomorrow!!
