Flexible DITA team training with LearningDITA group licensing
With a LearningDITA group license, your company has centralized course management for your DITA team training. You can buy course licenses in bulk, assign specific courses to individual team members, and keep track of course completion. As your team grows, you can increase your quantity of course licenses or add new courses. Our group licensing page tells you how!
LearningDITA courses & nine-course bundle
We currently have nine published courses:
- Introduction to DITA–a free introductory course on what DITA is and how to get started
- Authoring DITA concept topics
- Authoring DITA task topics
- Authoring DITA glossary and reference topics
- Using DITA maps and bookmaps
- Introduction to reuse in DITA
- Advanced reuse in DITA
- Publishing output from DITA sources
- The Learning and Training specialization
If you want to give your team access to all nine of our courses, you can purchase multiple course bundles to create your group license. Each nine-course bundle is $100, which saves you $20 per student compared to purchasing courses individually.
How to create a LearningDITA group license
Have the individual managing your organization’s DITA team training complete the following steps:
- Visit store.scriptorium.com/shop
- Select courses for purchase.
- Choose course quantity based on the number of students taking the course. This is where you can purchase multiple nine-course bundles instead of individual courses!
- Complete the checkout process.
- After checkout, you’ll receive an email prompting you to Enroll students.
- Login as prompted. You should be redirected to the Enroll students page. If you are not redirected, click here.
- In the Select Group drop-down menu, select the course you’d like to add students to.
- Select Enroll User.
- Enter the student’s first name, last name, and email address.
After you’ve added a student, they will receive an email with their course enrollment. If you plan to enroll a group, please don’t allow students to create individual accounts. If a student has already created a LearningDITA account, they must provide an alternative email address to your group manager to create an account within the group license.
And just like that, you have a group license for your LearningDITA team training! Check out our group licensing page to learn more.
