Stairway to Həll

We’ve been in our “new” offices in Durham for about a year now.  Overall, I’m quite happy to be here, nice building, good restaurants for lunch, lock on the door to keep sales people out…all those things.

But there’s one thing in the office that bothers me.

When I’m slaving away on PDF transforms, I deal with the PDF missing-image placeholder.  A lot.  Mostly, I’m trying to get rid of it. I find great job satisfaction when I don’t see this placeholder anymore.

So the thing that bothers me about the office?  When I’m ready to leave, feeling all good about the day’s accomplishments, I walk out our door and see this:

So my instinctive reaction is to think: “Oh no. Gotta remove one more.”
